You really need a ZERO star rating!! I am LIVID! My company asked me to order lunch for the employees during a training class. I went to the Panera site and ordered food for all and paid. Our training location was changed to an office a mile down the road and when I called TWO DAYS in advance to request that they change the delivery location, they REFUSED and wanted me to cancel the order and redo the whole thing. I didn't want to do that so we had to have someone LEAVE training to go pick up the food at the other location. Then on TOP of this, they didn't even get the order right!! When I called to complain, they offered a refund...what about the employees that have no lunch???? The quality of the food was poor and the packaging was even worse. We had no idea what was what because nothing was marked or labeled. They told me they would deliver the missing food in 20 minutes and it's been 45 and no food yet. If you want quality food delivered to your workplace or event, look elsewhere!!!

$8 for half a bowl of soup. They serve the same amount in their cup soup that I have half a sandwich for a cheaper price.. Panera sells her soups in some grocery stores where you can buy more than this for about 5 or 6 dollars...
Her new spicy grilled chicken was not spicy. But had a good taste. Food: 3/5
This was my first time to Panera Bread. I have the Chipotle chicken sandwich. It was really good! I would recommend it. I also have the mango smoothie. It was pretty decent.
$25 for 2 small drinks, one cookie and two soups. Nothing is fresh it’s all reheated. The cookie was rock hard and cold. Would’ve been fine but it’s so expensive.
Ordered through drive-thru this morning and Calvin was super awesome, upbeat and answered all my questions with a great attitude. The breakfast sandwich was Delicious. Decided to return for the chicken avocado melt for dinner and got several for the family. Toni was Spectacular! Love love this place e and the awesomeness of the employees
