Horrible customer service of the manager named Pedro is rude hanging on me on the phone I have been spending a 2:20 pm today I got a salad and a diet Coke my total was 11 a bit dollars n I check my Banco account n is 20 dlls I called n reliaze then they dnt give me a prescription either all I have the kitchen recipe they can calculate me wrong n pedro the manager just said N he replied is the only way to show me so now I need to drive a car over there tomorrow to see if the manager Elma can help, because this Pedro is an rude manager n I even ask him asking you the cameras not I can't answer anything he has to do is be nice to find the transaction that I should give him, I should have in my recipe from the kitchen, but not he could see completely what he did.
Clean dinning area and very friendly staff. Thank you Pedro manager on duty was very helpful and suggested chili burger. I must say it was awesome. I will defintly order it again. The perfect amount of chilli whatta great tasting burger.
As usual the burger was great. Never fails to satisfy. I used to really like burger king but in the past year their service has really been bad. I haven't eaten there for over a year.
Food was good. But they take forever. There was NO line and no people inside and they took so long to give us our food. Ridiculous.
Went here after work pick up some food after a long day at work, I order ahead by placing my order on the app and granted I didn't wait to long for my order but maybe because they forgot one of my meals? sad cause I was so looking forward to my meal but Instead ended up sharing with my BF so we went to bed still hungry. I even wrote a complaint in the app but never got a response back?
