Little Caesars Pizza

Order online and when I got there the order wasn't ready. Told some worker who then proceeded to get a manager's help. The manager never spoke to me or even told me why the pizza wasn't ready, or what she was doing. Some 10 minutes later I got my order. I'm assuming they ignored the order for some reason, and proceeded to make it when I told them it wasn't ready. Because again, I was never told anything. Also, this is not the first time I've had issues with them not having my online order ready.

Soggy pizza. My pizza arrived soggy,mushy. Called the manager and she was rude. Said they had no one complain. I said I've been coming to this location for almost 30yrs,no complaints until now. She gave me a number to send pictures,which I did. Never responded....I don't usually order out,or have delivery. This was a little treat,how disappointing.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pizza that wasn't hot at all. You told me to park in a number already occupied. A young girl took my pizza to the number that was given to me, but I came out of my car to let her know that my pizza was and that I had to park in another place where she ignored me. When I finally got her attention to let her know that she went rudely rolled her eyes back to the car got the pizza back and rudely gave it to me. I'm not complaining, but these little Caesars are getting awful. There are many jobs if you don't like your job here.

Had to wait more than ten minutes in the line, then come to windows and ask me to wait, because they only go to the oven. So frustrating, not expected food in five minutes it certainly not expected to wait 30 minutes either and their waiting zone has huge pothole to park in... smhParking: Large large pothole Can not really park

They tried to call in one order and answered, but they said that the connection was bad. When I arrived, I ordered a deep dish and sadly that they didn't make the dough for a deep dish...... what?????? This location overboils the pizza and the cheese on the pizza is brown and chewing. Check your pizza to make sure it is not overcooked before you go. Parking: Huge pothole in the parking lot.... be careful.

We went to the ride thru ordered a cheese pizza and two crazy combos. I usually replace the Marinara for Ranch, but obviously they can't do this because it shows their inventory. I have the sauce here for years and in other places how is this a big thing? Also we come into the window and again the manager asks what we have ordered, a "cheese pizza" and two crazy combos and our 3 ranch dives on the side so that it does not mess their inventory. She tells us we're moving with another truck. Now we waited 10-15 minutes. Look at other vehicles happen to us with their pizzas. We come home and get a hot and finished “Pepperoni Pizza”, which by the way was not ready and not we ordered. She didn't charge pepperoni cheese on the receipt. Don't come to this place unless you want a headache. Make sure you check your pizza box before you go! Didn't even want to call back because they are very infamous not to answer their phone.
