Jack In The Box

This Jack in the box is the worst Jack in the box. The French fries taste the oil they taste with a meal. You always confuse your order and forget to give you something. If you ask for sauce, forget it or they're out. I don't know how they stay in business, it must be because there's nothing else than Bill Miller's next door. Customer service is bad.

Drove back three times, just to prove that they forget my cheesecakes and they will lie on your face and say it was not charged when I had the entrance to show evidence that they began to make more things together and excuses that they did not consider for their own actions and I was a customer that you just saw me and heard me order and they did not order it in the system to let it look like it was not. I was nice enough to give them the reception so that they can do things right in the system or I wanted to call the fraudulent hotline.

Terrible food, ordered door threshold and got my order to find my chicken sandwich burned more than Richard Pryor, not only my meal, but also my wife, your chefs are lazy and inexperienced and have to go clean toilets somewhere, because they don't know what is spent oil in a frit looks and makes food look unedible, money waste had to throw away the whole order when I look,

If you come after 2AM they will tell you they only server Uber Eats Door Dash. Then when you tell them your the only car in the drive thru. They will tell you to wait it the drive thru to be served. Whataburger wont do this to you after you drive 15 mins to there location. If you advertise 24/7 on Google support that…

Went and they told me they are not helping customers asked if I could buyfood they said only door dash and Uber eats why can't they serve there customers told me they will not make our food so I will review and post do not go eat here as they will not serve you only uner eats and door dash

Food was ok but the place needs a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty and greasy. The cooking area looked pretty good. Did not press my luck and go in restroom. Only 3 employees when i went in so order took a little bit. But thats understandable

So the food was great. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, some curly fries, order of two tacos, and an oreo milkshake. The girl working last night (Sept 2nd, 2022) was a bit annoyed or something and came off as rude. Dropped my change on the side of my car and didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. But maybe she was just having a bad day, I don't know. I always try to be positive and give good vibes. At least the food was good and the service was relatively fast for 1am on a Friday/Saturday. I'll stop by again whenever in the area late at night. The two tacos remain the best late night snack at such an affordable price. The curly fries are delicious and seasoned nicely. The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger felt a bit cheap and just thrown together, but its still great tasting.
