Taco Cabana 20127

CHECK ORDER before leaving! 2 Cabana Sampler plates Dec 18, 2022 BOGO special. Also ordered 3 bacon egg and 1 bean bacon taco to pick up in the store. Armed and found lobby locked waiting in the drive thru. Sayed loudspeakers about mobile order and waited again. I have to wait a bit. Must have started preparing on arrival takes time to fry taquitos. Order is counted 2 containers and four foil packages. Had to ask for Salsa. Open film packages and only 2 were Taco-Bohnen-Bacon and Ei-Bacon. Other two were tortillas for combos. Will try to get credit for missing. Was not ordered Salsas, black beans or corstortillas. I ordered an office meeting and never got what I ordered! And yet my credit card was still charged!! This is the worst taco cabana branch. Nobody takes the phone off. I don't even know why this restaurant is still open.

I bought two Steak Fajita plates with two big drinks. The plates came with two Steak Fajita Tacos, roasted beans and rice, nothing more. When he asked about the shredded cheese, salad, tomatoes, pico or salsa, the participant said that companies do not allow them to do that more. We had dry tacos and drinks for $28. That's ridiculous. The images on their website show all fixations; Why don't they deliver them? It has not offered the fixes at a surcharge. What we eat was fine, but very dry.

I used to love taco c and especially their fluffy tortillas. The last 4 times I have picked up from this location, the tortillas have either been hard, like they have been sitting out, or really greasy and the refried beans taste like they are from a can. I do not recommend this location

Food is decent. They messed up my order and I was just trying for bring it to their attention and the manager just flat out ignored me. Bad experience ?

This location is the worst I've been too. Staff didn't acknowledge me for a good 10 mins, food was obviously already prepared and simply heated up, no salsa bar and floors and table were sticky. I don't think this location even had a restroom. Four subsequent customers came in and left without ordering which is lucky for them. This place should be shut down.

Horrible experience. Ordered online, and went inside to pick it up. I stood at the register for 15 minutes and employees just walked past me multiple times regardless of me trying to get their attention. I went through drive through and sat for another 30 minutes. They were not busy at the time that I went and they appeared fully staffed. Service was awful. Place needs to close. Will not be coming back.
