Ordered for delivery. No rice with steak ordered. I got rice and a meat other than steak. The order here on DoorDash is a complete role of the dice due to the inability of the staff. If you want to be surprised, that could be the place you can order from.

It wasn't welcome here. We went to us at 8:30. All the chairs where on ALL the tables. We ordered our food and wanted to redeem one of our rewards (chips and guac), they did not have the chips, so I could not redeem and LOST my reward. In addition, they contained a guacamole and calculated us for it. Even though customers walk to order, they were told that they close in a few minutes. Other customers also said they were closed for 10 minutes while cleaning the serving bar. Just not happy with this place. Oh and customers couldn't use the bathroom. The hallway leading to baths was blocked with some high chairs.

If I expressly ask for something else, I would like to receive it personally. I asked for EXTRA rice. This is clearly a normal shell quantity. Better.

Great location! I often order a chicken quesadilla and it is suspect that it should be just an online purchase (which means it should be ready when you arrive) and it is NIE. What is the point of ordering only online and they make it right in front of you. In addition, it was seen as if they had beaten my order, not to mention NOT cooked. Literally shredded cheese still inside. This situation must make better

This place is filthy. They had a sign on the door saying online orders only. The door was locked and as people arrived to pick up their orders they had to wait out in the heat because staff was too busy drowning in their bad attitudes and wouldn't open the door for their customers. A person walked out so a few of us walked in and then a staff member decided to get upset with me accusing me of letting customers in...I had just walked in. She was slamming doors and throwing things around. Just being completely unprofessional. Then kept giving everyone around her bad attitudes. When I got home the food was just as bad as the attitudes. There was very little rice, chicken, beans. It's was just a mess. Horrible experience overall. They need to clean house and let people who would appreciate having a job work there. I would have given zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

Very inconsistent place. We’ve been there a couple of times before and both the food and customer service have been great. However, today, we had the following bad experiences:1. The door was locked, but there were people inside. One of the workers then came up and unlocked the door for us. Every time a customer came in they would unlock and then lock the door, which was weird.2. We were the first two persons in line, but the workers were making pick up orders, which is fine. However, they didn’t even acknowledge us. A simple “please, give us a few minutes and we will be right there with you” goes a long way. They didn’t even greeted us or even smiled at us. They need customer service training asap.3. They finally started making our orders, but the workers had bad attitudes. It seemed like they were angry. I still tried to keep friendly and say thank you and they didn’t even reply. They put too little beans in my bowl. Also, they weren’t wearing masks and one of the workers was sneezing (not at the food, but was close to the food, obviously).4. We had to dine in and the tables were dirty. Also, the aguas frescas containers were empty.

Had the most insane staff interaction here I 've ever had anywhere. Walked up to pick up my online order that had successfully gone thru to find a cardboard sign on the door that said closed, but the door was unlocked and staff and patrons were still inside so I walked in. When I asked what was going on another patron there to pick up an online order told me their system was down so they couldn 't help us. When I tried asking the staff what was going on they largely tried to ignore me and no one really said anything about what was going on, just that they were closed. One guy told me that they couldn 't give me a refund when I just asked for that instead. Another showed me a handheld phone with a 1800 number on it when I didn 't leave satisfied that they couldn 't give me food or a refund. And all the while the staff was making THEMSELVES food and just continuing to ignore anyone that walked in confused about their own online orders. When I took the 1800 number and left (as 3 staff members were sitting there eating) another staff member clapped as I walked out. A decent manager would have had the staff make our orders using our phone confirmations since we 'd all already paid for the food anyway, but clearly their staff is undertrained and couldn 't care less. It was super bizarre and I absolutely won 't be back here.

This place is a joke. 8 deep waiting for online pickup orders. Manager searching for employee but refuses to help her self more interested in the flashing lights outside and finding her worker that she can't find to do the work. I know where the employee is, I see him eating in the kitchen with the cook while we all wait for our food. Pretty sure he didn't wash his hands after munching. No one takes pride in work for per usual and this place looks like trash. Dirty and no ice in the fountain drink machine. Good reminder why I avoid fast food.
