I called a few minutes ago to let you know that I am on the way to pick up my order and will probably be there at 9.55 a.m. and the person who picked up refused to say something and hanged on me, now I was charged for a meal, I never picked up, I thought it was delivery as soon as I realized that it was picking up I was calling and then I got someone.50 It's just sad that the person heard that I'm telling them I'll be there at 9:55 and still hanged on me. I hope you enjoy eating my order that I never picked up.

If you order online, make sure to not only confirm your name on the bag, but the plate as well. The bag had my name but the plate was for a door dash order. I went back to request my correct order AND they gave me someone else’s food for a second time.When I requested for a refund, the manager didn’t try to listen to my name and refunded me for someone else’s food, which was cheaper.
10/10 This place was top-tier! Customer service was superior, cooking area was clean and tidy! The servicings were full and most employees seem like they actually wanted to be there! Can you keep 1000x's good work????????
Worst Chipotle experience. Ordered a Steak Burrito bowl online and if it was finally delivered almost 45 minutes to ETA, I open it to find 3 (!!! tiny pieces of unworn meat, no Queso and a fold from Guac. Not to mention, there was only about half a bowl in the value of additional ingredients that were all ice-cold.
On your app ordered, come home and my bowl is literally over 50% cheese. Just cheese and some meat. Absolutely disgusting. I want my $15 back. I swear you must have a sub 80 IQ to work at Chipotle.
Very rude workers, ran out of chicken even though there was some in the to go area however when you walk in to order they didn’t have any food filled. I should have just order on the app to get better service. Worse chipotle ever! Literally I have been to a lot in Austin always the worst.
I just put an order in today for a burrito and they added sour cream to it. I have a dairy allergy so I can't eat it. I tried to call but can't get through the automated system so I'm leaving a bad review in hopes I'll hear back.Food: 1/5
