Angelo's Pizzeria Family

I still have to get my order, but I have made a great catering order for my business and was very impressed by the service. there was a discrepancy in my order, 3 of the 10 items I ordered did not come through when I went to check, and angelo’s and slice, the third-party delivery service, worked hard with me to solve this problem. since a third is involved in delivery, this could have been a very frustrating situation! when I called angelo to get a verbal confirmation of my changes, crates were patient, attentive and thorough. She made sure that my problem was solved and well looked after so that I could be sure that everything is as important as it should and cost to the ones that it should be for my business. I am very grateful for her service and her care and hope that she will be recognized. as someone who has previously worked in food and retail, it can be hard and grateful so that I truly praise those who make and offer consistent, qualitative service for all. it is an underestimated, underestimated field, especially for something that is loved and consumed as a pizza. thank you.

The delivery driver didn't even ask if I wanted to change. It took $20 and just went. lost a regular customer.

I have been using Angelo's for over 20 years. Our monthly orders are typically over $70. Yes, you read that right. They had to have changed ownership within the last year or 2. If they didn't, then I do not understand why everything has changed, and not for the better. What was once a go to place to order delivery is no longer. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and when it was delivered, the whole pie was pushed to the side. This was the 2nd time they did this, but this was so bad, it was not edible. I never call to make a complaint but this time there was no way I was accepting it. I called and asked for a replacement. I exchanged the pizza and do you think the replacement had extra cheese, no. However, you know I was still charged for it. They have lost my business, we will never use them again!

As someone who has worked in food and retail before, it can be hard and thankless so I truly commend those who can power through and offer consistent, quality service to everyone.
