order online, went about approx. 45 minutes later pick up and when I was there, they didn't even begin to prepare my order, so I had to wait 10 minutes until they made it. When I came home and opened the bag, there were only 3 of the 4 ice creams I ordered, and additionally they mixed the sizes. I called her to ask for a refund, and the girl on the phone pretended she couldn't hear me and hanged. I called back twice and nobody took off. I understand that these mistakes happen from time to time, but this was simply extremely unprofessional and I will never return to this place.

I placed my order online to be picked up at 8:55pm. My husband went to go pick it up and it was before 8:55, maybe 8:40-8:45. Someone asked him if he had an online order and at what time it was to be picked up and he said 8:55. Of course, he wasn’t expecting it to be made yet so he waited. When 8:55 came around, someone went to their freezer where they keep the orders and took ours out. They made him wait 15 mins for an order that was already made and paid for! They literally just had to hand it to him. Ridiculous. Because it was made so early, the strawberries were frozen and I couldn’t even eat them. Don’t understand the reasoning behind making him wait 15 minutes to just hand it to him.
always the best place for their ice mix. I love the banana nut crunch, but there is a lot to choose. the employees are always nice and I love the way that more than one worker jump on their order and it will do.
people working here are. imagine paying $8 for a milkshake that has the consistency of water.
the worst treatment of all time. after my order I moved out to keep my distance from all others. 1 minute later, an unknown employee says very rude that I did not get their number from any reason. go to your car. I understand the need to keep distance, but would it be appreciated that I was told not to go after the next person at the end of the order. 30 minutes wait in the car without calling or text when I return and ask what happened, they could not find my order. they never processed it. what a waste of my precious time. but don't worry, this problem will never happen again. big job boy.
