I put an order through the phone they said it would take 30 minutes so that I ok gives me time that I get there and my order was not ready yet, not only that they are for curtido and salsa now, that is ridiculous that accept that coming with the pupusas and the prices are crazy I pay like $40 for 6 pupusas 2 drinks and the curtido and salsa never get going to this

eating is great, but they are for curtido and salsa an additional fee of $3 dollars for the smallest size. I don't want to order from this place again.
I have been coming to this place for a long time. I ordered pupusas today and they didn't include curtido nor salsa. They say they charge now extra for those things. Not giving salsa or Curtido is not part of the experience.
I haven't been here in also two year and the food is still amazing ?. Even thou the rules and the price has changed, there was one waitress that remembers us. Still love this place.
This is the only place Where I would go and buy pupusas over 10 years, but recently a lot has changed. Not only was my order wrong. But now they charge for the curtido and the salsa. The smallest Cup is like $4. So pretty much You will be paying $12 for 2 pupusas. I understand is hard times and I get charging for extra but that's like buying tacos and charging for the condiments.
Idk what is going on but they are going down hill. The pupusas don't taste the same anymore. You can hardly taste the cheese on the revueltas. They charge for the curtido now. I understand charging if people ask for extra but definitely not for an order. The service is not the same. Lately there's a woman there who speaks English and seems to always be rushing everything. Phone calls and orders. The lady's that were there before her were always patient and kind. I was also told I would get a phone call when my order was ready but I did not. I got a call from a weird number which I did not answer to. Maybe it was from the restaurant. But I think they should be calling from the restaurant number so ppl can recognize the calls. Also 40 min passed since this call and I decided to call them myself and was told my food had been ready. I understand they are busy but maybe giving a second call to customers who miss the first one isn't a bad idea. I've been seeing their reviews keep getting less and less stars. Hopefully they take note and bring up the business.
