Went through drive thru, they forgot half my order. I went in there was a large line at counter and no employees. Manager with blonde curly hair walked by and I said excuse me, could you please help me. Told him what I was missing. He rudely said do you want an application. We can't get everything and we are working our butts off. I paid for stuff I didn't get. I wasn't rude, even laughed and said oh I know you're busy. This manager needs better trained. HOW RUDE!!!!!!

Worst mcdonalds ever they forget food every time! Everytime through uber eats and almost every time through the line even there cold coffee drinks are pretty much water and carmel syrup!
Food was o.k. REALLY needs more staff! Start paying, more, letting people work decent hours, and treat people better in Tennessee, and there would not be staff shortages.Food: 3/5
This is the slowest and least concerned McDonald’s in the area. I worked food industry for years so I don’t give low ratings on a whim. I come back from time to time to give them another chance and it’s consistently awful.
Ordered double cheese burger with no onions and there was a great deal of onions on it. The Mc doubles bun was stale and when it was wrapped it was not even covered. Must have been short handed. When we wanted a refill I had to wait in line again to get that. Overall it was a bad experience. Which is a shame because as a rule we love McDonalds.
Extremely disappointing experience. Couldn 't even get my drive thru order in without the employee saying "what?? Huh?? At everything i said. Completely botched my order so i never got my food.TRAIN YOUR DRIVE THRU EMPLOYee THOROUGHLY BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS! Disgusting team members at this location. My adult son went inside to order his dinner and the lady who was working with the food prep dropped her glove on the floor and LITERALLY picked it up and put it back on her hand and continued making the food. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of and this location should be under review by the board of health. I am completely appalled!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
Lady at the first register act like I was bothering her when I asked for a receipt. The young lady at the second window. Looked at me like I had three eyes. When I asked for a napkin. Because there was not any in the bag. And my chicken sandwich was at least an hour old and tough as leather. It also had so much mayonnaise on it that I had to wipe it off with the only napkin she did finally give me.
