I like to go to restaurants a few times before I leave a review. I am here three times and the quality of food is excellent and consistent. The chicken is very tasteful and amazing. The Lomo Saltado is undoubtedly the best in Houston without a doubt. All flavors fit perfectly and the part is right. I brought my parents here for the last time, and both agreed that the food is quite authentic. Everything on the menu is delicious and the prices are fair. This alone makes it a place you need to visit. But what makes Las Brasas different from the other Peruvian restaurants is his service. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Always ready to offer honest opinions about food and very helpful. This is a nice change from other places that I sometimes find slow, irresponsible and sometimes somewhat rude. Big fan of this place and I tell everyone I know about it. 5 star place safe!

One of the best grilled chickens I had to boot with pages full of taste and variety. A ride away from my area, but a ride worth it, you need to try if you love food that feels like it was made at home. Definitely will return.
Definitely the most tasteful chicken I had here in the city (and I think Houston food is overall subpar). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and coal grilled chicken is just the best, but the seasoning and how it is marinated from the skin and into the meat, why I loved it. The staff was great and the service was fast. The only thing that wasn't good was the pommes and mixed vegetables that tasted like a Walmart branded article. The white rice and the beans were great and so was the sweet tea! The tables and chairs were not cleaned after the customers who took me back to wake me up before I could eat, but I will be back!
“It has been a while since I had a good ceviche.” I can't say that anymore! I know this place is known for their charcoal chicken, but I ordered ceviche, and it was DELICIOUS! Not only was it tasteful, but the part was big enough that I was not hungry afterwards. Also the fish was thick, but juicy and easy to eat. The owner was very friendly, like the staff. I'm not in the area that often happens, but if I am, I'll definitely be back!
It was awesome. The food was delicious the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back. There was a bit a wait as we got there right at opening and there was a line of people but the mgr explained the wait and offered everyone a free drink for the inconvenience. It was worth the wait. The chicken is amazing. Not the average char grilled chicken it has an amazing blend of seasoning and they offer a variety of sides...
Great food!! Fresh and lots of options. We had the wraps, they are off the menu but taste great! Wonderful portion size too!! We will return. Order the Alfajor for dessert. You will not be disappointed!!!

A foodie friend recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint, the Peruvian style rotisserie chicken, the sauces, yuca frita, fried plantains and house salad (highly recommended) were excellent ... will be going back soon to try their lomo saltado and some other signature Peruvian dishes
