El Pollo Loco

The 8 pieces grilled chicken, with beans and salad. Enough for two meals. Tortillas were delicious, and the red sauce was hot. I don't usually eat fast food, but I make an exception to this place.

How exactly is it okay to give someone food without a fork? How do you expect to eat my food, what I paid for with money? There is no excuse for this. I'm sick and tired of workers who are so lazy and in which they can't even understand that you need a fork to eat. Not everyone takes his food home. I work overnight and took this food to work so I could eat before my shift since I was DIABETIC. Now I can't eat. I'm angry. I'll never be back and I'll make sure my husband and daughter don't go there too. Serious excuse for customer service.

I've never been in a Pollo Loco and wanted to try. Got Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl and two Crunchy Birria Tacos. The birria tacos came with consome soup and chips; the taste was good and a little more like a snack than a meal. Liked chicken in the bowl as well as other ingredients such as rice and beans, but without the most distinctive taste. Overall, it was a good experience.

My family legitimately loves this restaurant? we have four kids who request the BRC burrito regularly. The food is good and it?s a healthier fast food option for the area but? could they just consistently get our order right? At the very least, they could APOLOGIZE when they leave off an $8 burrito and I have to take 20 minutes to drive back and get it. I don?t know what the deal is here they made a mistake, but they clearly didn?t care. Not to mention, I ordered identical kid meals for all four kids, two burritos for us parents, and one additional side so it was not that complicated. As my husband said, 1/3 of the time you can expect them to mess up the order. I post this hoping the manager can make a change because we really do love the place and would go there more often if we didn?t feel the service was poor (and FYI this has always been the case, as we?ve gone here long before Covid). The apathetic guy running the drive through tonight wasn?t doing anyone any favors?

I love this franchise, I really had a taste for some of their beans/rice with grilled chicken. This location's customer service was extremely lacking and it shows in the quality of food. Also some ingredients are missing in your recipes. Please dont make me leave another favorite restaurant behind. Lets start by giving people who work in service better pay.

I figured I would try this place with the burrito deal. As far as the burrito, I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito. There was no avocado in it or any chipotle sauce other than some spicy peppers. Can't make to order but the burrito was too plain in my opinion. Maybe next time I'll try something else. Maybe next time they can shut up about the things they say like everyone else. I'm not deaf.

Awesome customer service from Jose as he recommended specials and politely answered our questions as it was first time visiting place. Chicken and sides especially the macaroni cheese. were delicious. The burritos could have been better a bit toasty but they were yummy too. ? ?
