meh. middle-class expensive. very popular on a Saturday, but that also means busy. are they short? the service was to my mind very slow. 6pm reservations, sit quite far away and we have not finished eating up to 8:30 o'clock, and not because we were eating slowly. the food was good, the ananas martini is delicious. I'd get the bang shrimps back. Knocky potatoes were very good. “Warm” chocolate chip cookies were not warm at all. the animals came warm? quite inside. very tight tables. we're tired of asking for a togo box and just left. I'd give him another shot, but I'm not antsy to go back.

I have a great experience in the rule and this is the only reason why they are not a 1st on Wednesday 5/11 I called the restaurant to reserve a table for a party of 9 for the next Saturday. I called because the website only allows them to book up to 6. the girl I spoke with was very polite and repeated me, party of 9 at 6 on Saturday 5/14. cool. it was the birthday of my mother, and we did not want to show up somewhere as a party of 9 without reservation at the weekend of the local college department. we come to the restaurant and have our reservation, but it was for 5/8. yes. they have somehow booked us in the past. it was also booked for a Sunday when I asked for Saturday. I have no idea how this could happen with a modern POS system, they would think that a past date would not be able to book? They assured us that we had a table in 20 minutes, we had not 40 minutes. then our food took about an hour to get out. they took three appetizers of our bill to try to make the dinge right, but most of us dissatisfied and annoyed how late it was. we were there from 5:50 to 8:45. I'm going back, but only as a small party, because they can't take more than that.

my man and I ate here twice. lobster dicks I ordered back were quite small and they were expensive to be this size. bang bang garnelen is the only food we like, but unfortunately the last time we were there and ordered bang garnelen had a mistake in it. Savings were soggy and stained. one can only say that they are not fresh and they are “microwaves” asparagus.

Big shout out to the staff here. The servers and the follow up where fantastic. A server who was not working with our table was asked for something for our table instead let me get your server. She brought what was needed. The whole experience of the friendly staff. Everything came out on time hot and ready to eat. Our evening out which was a party of 9 people.Never felt rushed just such good service. It was very refreshing to have that. Thank you Bone Fish

The staff was excellent the food was not. My fiance and I were not impressed with the food. Hopefully your meal is better then mine. Maybe the chef had an off night.

Not as good as usual which would be 5 stars. I had a steak and crab cake combo and steak was a little under cooked and had a gristle vein through it. Crab cake was small and nothing special. So not bad overall but just not the great meal we usually have. Soup was excellent and service was solid.

Since it was Valentines day my boyfriend and I wanted to try a new restaurant. Bonefish Grill seemed very nice for a special occasion dinner. We booked a reservation and everything was beautiful; Romantic atmosphere, fake candles and a single rose at the center of the table.The bread we received was clearly left out for a while, once again Valentine's day rush...so we brushed it aside.My boyfriend ordered the creole pasta. The shrimp was magnificent but the sauce did not stick to the pasta at all. It definitely seemed and tasted watered down. We suspect that the rush of customers gave the chefs no time to make a new batch, but we are still paying customers.My lobster tail had absolutely no flavor or even salt. I drowned it in butter hoping it'd help, nope. My filet was decent, perfectly medium rare but DRY. The mac and cheese side had no taste despite having crumbs and a load of cheese mixed in there. Our mashed potatoes were just mashed potatoes, creamy and light.We overheard the manager apologizing to a table about one of their kitchen equipment not working. So there was just a lot going on that day**LONG STORY SHORT Our food had little to no flavor. We felt that we could have gotten better quality even during rush hour for a fraction of the price. But I am giving 3 stars for the atmosphere, presentation and professionalism of the staff. I would give the place another shot, but for the price I'm not risking another poor meal.
