Wendy's

the service was good. but I wouldn't go back. After the meal I went to the washroom and there was a worker who was there, and she wasn't her hands after she had used the washroom. she just repaired her hair and went back to work. my daughter went after me into the washroom and the same thing happened to her. I just don't want anyone to treat my food afterwards. I would never go back.

wasn't even here. came for a tour to lunch, and the place was full. waited a while in the sound before someone took a customer order. only one of four kiosks worked and that was another line. I finally ordered my food. I've been waiting patiently since I know I'll get my lunch very late. they have a delegating task to every employee as they already do something and then make this person another job. I think this place needs better and more training in all positions. I have always called hearing numbers that are left of one and every person with eating. I even heard numbers after mining got more food. the whole time I waited, I didn't even know my number was gone on the board. he spoke to a worker and didn't believe me when he read my reception. I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes while the customers got their things and left. I had to wait even longer than they just started to prepare my order from ground. I'm usually a patient because I know how it is, but this place has sucked enough so I can't come back. I have a free cookie when the one apologised me for the order. that was the only highlight, a coworker who was responsible for a longer error and he was not a manager!

I tried to give these people chances after chances. they can never get my order right. I'm tired of coming here and not getting decent customer service. I asked for a number 5 with cheese work potatoes instead of fries today. I didn't even get that. order everything wrong. I tried to correct it, still wrong! need better management!

So the food was okay.. fries made meal decent. Burger looked like was thrown together half heartly. Tried to pay with bank card and machine weren't working properly. In addition, sat down and table was sticky.Parking: Sufficient parking

Really poor service. The only thing I was able to enjoy was my DR. Pepper . I ordered a number 3 barbecue burger and there was barely any bbq and there were no onion Tanglers on my burger

Terrible service from cashier today around 4P. Young man couldn't hide his annoyance and condescension when i asked questions about burgers since I never go to Wendy's but agreed when family wanted to go. Didn't give me a receipt when I insisted on one he said it was in the trash already. Buh bye Wendy's next time I'll be going to ur competition. No wonder the ratings are so low here.

I go to Wendy's a lot, if this was the visit to Western and Addison, that crew is awesome! I got salads baked potato for the office and it was all so on point! The guys in the drive thru were awesome and it was great to see people having fun and laughing at work! I was jealous! Definitely will go back!
