Great experience! My date had a great time! So funny! We were greeted by a sweet hostess in the White Castle It was decorated with heart flowers in the dining room Our table was beautiful and our server was so beautiful! Pretty placemat in Valentine's theme had to order food combos and specialties! Hot food quickly came so sweet on special plates! They even gave up W-Schloss Valentines! Great for children adults! it was a fun, novel Valentine's Day experience. unfortunately the service was lacking hard. we arrived at our reservation time and sat immediately. there were only 2 people who worked as a server, and one did all the work while the other stood around, saw the majority of the time. 45 min later we got our food after we had to wait 20 min to take over our commands, and watch other people, get service although we show up later. I cut off the workers a little because they are not in the hospitality industry because the service is not their regular work. but this white castle would benefit from planning more people on the floor for such a event. Maybe it was just this local or management problem, I would suggest to have 2 hours for this val’s day dinner!
I waited for 40 minutes to eat and never got it. I saw people get their food to the left and right and I never. people who came to us in 20 minutes had their food in 4 minutes. was my first time and it was the worst.
the room was small. the service was terrible. the manager was rude and loud about everything she was disturbing. the food did not taste as usual. the papst was flat. the tables are cramped together. the bathroom was very dirty. only one person has checked orders and customers. the manager would help, but he would be rude if it were. that's my third valentine in a white lock, but that was the worst. my fiancée and I even decided to go somewhere else.
book on Valentine's Day for fun evening with daughter. the facility and the service was sweet and sincere. but sliders were cold and incorrect order it was fixed and then got hot burgers that were much better. the single server was pleasant and knowledgeable.
AMAZING!!!! Service was awesome, food was awesome.. we were a little disappointed they were out of sloppy Joe and mac bites.. but whatever we had a great experience.
